Citizenship Requirement: US Citizenship Required Key Responsibilities:
As a General Laborer, you will play a vital role in supporting our construction team by performing a variety of physical labor tasks. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Executing physical labor duties, including digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
• Assisting skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers in their daily tasks.
• Operating basic tools and equipment, including drills, saws, and hammers, to complete job assignments safely and efficiently.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the construction site to promote a safe work environment.
• Loading and unloading construction materials and equipment as required.
• Adhering to safety protocols and consistently wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Supporting the setup and dismantling of temporary structures, scaffolding, and barricades.
• Performing additional duties as assigned by supervisors or foremen.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates should meet the following qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Prior experience in construction or general labor (preferred but not required).
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to follow instructions effectively.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to safety guidelines.

Working Conditions:
This position is performed on active construction sites. Candidates should be prepared for the following:

• Exposure to loud noises, dust, and varied weather conditions.
• The requirement to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
