Plumbing Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Plumbing Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of residential and commercial plumbing projects, including new construction and service work. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of plumbing codes, a proven track record of passing inspections, and strong leadership and people skills. Familiarity with construction and service management platforms such as Procore, Service Titan, etc. is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate plumbing crews across multiple job sites.
• Ensure all work complies with plumbing codes and passes required inspections.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
• Collaborate with general contractors, subcontractors, inspectors, and clients.
• Utilize project management software (Procore, ServiceTitan, etc.) to track progress, manage documentation, and communicate with team members.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate plumbing staff to maintain high performance and morale.
• Drive company growth by identifying opportunities and building relationships with clients.
• Resolve issues and conflicts that arise during construction or service work.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in plumbing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or superintendent role.
• In-depth knowledge of plumbing codes and inspection processes.
• Proficiency in Procore, ServiceTitan, or other project management programs.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
• Experience in both residential and commercial plumbing systems.
• Customer-focused mindset.
• Valid drivers license, clean driving record, and ability to pass a drug test.

• Certifications preferred.

The role involves managing operations across various job sites, requiring regular site visits. Work may include collaboration with a diverse range of professionals including general contractors, subcontractors, and inspectors. The position demands the use of project management software like Procore and ServiceTitan for effective tracking and communication. A valid driver's license is necessary for travel between sites.

The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $52.00/hr.
