- Supervise and coordinate plumbing crews across multiple job sites.
- Ensure all work complies with plumbing codes and passes required inspections.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
- Collaborate with general contractors, subcontractors, inspectors, and clients.
- Utilize project management software (Procore, ServiceTitan, etc.) to track progress, manage documentation, and communicate with team members.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate plumbing staff to maintain high performance and morale.
- Drive company growth by identifying opportunities and building relationships with clients.
- Resolve issues and conflicts that arise during construction or service work.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in plumbing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or superintendent role.
- In-depth knowledge of plumbing codes and inspection processes.
- Proficiency in Procore, ServiceTitan, or other project management programs.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
- Experience in both residential and commercial plumbing systems.
- Customer-focused mindset.
- Valid drivers license, clean driving record, and ability to pass a drug test.
- Certifications preferred.
