Reporting to the Supervisor, the Builder Trainee is a 30-day training and development position designed to prepare candidates for the full Builder role. Teamwork and cooperation are essential for success in this position. Please note: Reporting relationships, work assignments, and work schedules are subject to change to meet business needs. Regular attendance is an essential function of this job.

• Must be able to frequently lift 75 lbs pallets

• Must be able to use a power hand saw and various hand tools

• Must be able to stand for 8+ hours per day

• Must be able to use a nail gun
