Cabinetmaker for Custom Cabinet Shop

Revel Cabinetry is a custom cabinet shop looking for an experienced cabinetmaker to join our team. We work with homeowners, designers and contractors, providing casework and architectural woodwork for residential and commercial projects. Our projects range from furniture to whole-house remodels, always focusing on craftsmanship and delivering a premium experience to our clients. We are a small shop looking for a motivated team member, as we regularly take on projects with unfamiliar elements that challenge us to grow as woodworkers.

Key responsibilities:
Be able to take a project from shop drawings to fully staged.
Work with both plywood and solid wood.
Operate and maintain hand-held and stationary tools, such as routers, jointer, planer, table saws, and Blum minipress.
Inspect pieces every step of the process to ensure Revels standard of quality.
Be able to work independently and with the team.
Maintain a clean and organized shop, work safely, and being cognizant of the teams workflow when working around the shop.

Qualifications:
2+ years of cabinet shop experience.
Excellent communication skills, including asking questions and bringing up problems when they arise.
Excellent time management, tracking hours to ensure project labor goals are met.
Eye for detail, with a high standard of craftsmanship.
Experience leading projects, delegating tasks, and budget tracking; depending on experience.
Positive person with strong work ethic, always looking to improve and learn new skills.
Install experience is a plus.
Ability to be on feet for a full workday and lift 50lbs.
