HVAC Technician

Family owned HVAC company serving major cities in Arizona is looking for highly motivated HVAC service technicians. We are looking for skilled, service-focused professionals to join our team.

Duties/Functions:
Service/ Troubleshoot /Preventative Maintenance/ Installation of residential and light commercial projects/Ductwork
Ability to grow and learn in fast paced growing environment.
Ability to work without supervision.
Paid weekly. Uniforms provided

Knowledge and Skills Required:
HVAC EPA certification
Great customer service skills
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment
Must have basic hand tools common to HVAC testing and repair
Good written and communication skills
Must be able to work with fellow employees
Installation skills a plus

Working and Physical requirements:
Ability to stand/walk 50% of the day
Ability to bend, kneel, lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
Ability to work from ladder at elevated heights
Flexible schedule (Monday-Friday but may need some weekends)
Valid drivers license with clean driving record
Paid vacation after a year
