Insight Global Is seeking a Project Executive for one of our clients in New York City. This person oversees project delivery, financial performance, and team coordination for a portfolio of construction projects for the New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA). They support sales and engineering teams, manage project execution, ensure safety compliance, and maintain customer satisfaction. The role involves strategic planning, resource allocation, cost control, and stakeholder communication. The ideal candidate will have over ten years of industry experience and more than 5 years managing executive level relationships with external stakeholders. This isa full time position and requires to be on site 1x a week.

Skills and Requirements

10+ years in project management within the commercial construction industry

3-5+ years in a high level leadership position

Excellent communication and relationship management - managing large accounts and serving as a liaison to C-suite clients

Proven experience working with third-party vendors, executives, and property owners

Ability to understand MEP blueprints

Proficient in MS Suite and Microsoft Project

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent hands-on experience PE License

Project Management Institute (PMI) Certification null
