least one-year of full-time experience estimating new construction

Senior Residential Electrical Estimator, you will work closely with
customers and contractors to provide accurate and competitive estimates
for new home construction and large remodel projects. You will use your
knowledge of electrical codes, materials, and labor costs to create
detailed proposals that meet the specifications and budget of each

team to ensure that the projects are completed on time and within the

primarily in an office setting with the exception of some light field
time as well as meeting\'s with General Contractors and Customers. Use
software applications such as Blue Beam, ConEst, and AccuBid to create
proposals for customers. Analyzing blueprints to determine wire lengths
and suitable outlet placement based on electrical codes. New customer
acquisition and prospecting is a significant task in this role.
Determining the amount, type, and cost of materials and fixtures needed
for each electrical project. Determining the amount of labor required to
complete each project. Determining the potential profitability of
electrical projects to assist management in making sound bidding
decisions. Providing viable solutions to increase project profitability.
Completing and submitting competitive project bids in accordance with
established guidelines. Regularly updating cost databases to accurately
reflect fluctuating material and labor costs. Evaluating labor and
material costs to determine whether it is more feasible to construct
electrical components or sub-contract the construction of components.
Provide accurate and competitive estimates for smart home projects,
including installing and maintaining home automation systems, security
cameras, lighting controls, and voice assistants. Minimum Experience,
Education and Certification Requirements: Five-years of residential
electrician experience required. Must have at least one-year of
full-time experience using software programs such as BlueBeam, ConEst
and AccuBid (required) At least one-year of full-time experience
estimating new construction projects (required) The ability to interpret
blueprints (required)/ Must have at least one-year of full-time
experience in a customer-facing role (required). High School diploma or
equivalent (required). Valid Driver\'s License with a clean driving
