JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Title: Robotic Welder Salary: Based off of

experience Shift: 2nd Shift - 2:30 pm to 10:30 pm M-F Summary: We are

seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Robotic Welder to join our

manufacturing team. This position is responsible for operating,

programming, and maintaining robotic welding systems to produce

high-quality welds on fabricated metal components. The ideal candidate

will have experience in a fast-paced industrial environment involving

laser cutting, metal fabrication, and machining. Job Responsibilities:

Set up and operate robotic welding equipment according to production

schedules and job specifications. Load and unload parts into fixtures

and ensure proper alignment for welding. Perform basic programming and

adjustments on robotic welding arms to meet quality standards. Conduct

routine inspections and quality checks on welds to ensure compliance

with company and customer specifications. Monitor robotic welding

systems for any mechanical or operational issues and perform basic

troubleshooting. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to

all safety and housekeeping guidelines. Collaborate with engineers,

quality control, and other production team members to improve processes

and resolve welding issues. Assist with preventative maintenance on

welding equipment and robots as needed. Read and interpret blueprints,

weld symbols, and technical drawings. Qualifications / Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required; technical certification in welding

or robotics is preferred. Strong work ethic and excellent attendance 1-3

years prior experience operating robotic welding systems in a

manufacturing or metal fabrication environment. Familiarity with

laser-cut and CNC-machined components is a plus. Strong understanding of

MIG welding processes and quality standards. Ability to read and

interpret technical documents, blueprints, and welding symbols.

Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail,

self-motivated and able to shift priorities Strong orientation towards

quality, safety and continuous improvement Competent at dimensional

measuring and solid understanding of precision measurement tools

Competent at basic shop math Able to read blueprints Able to work as a
