Solar Alternatives is seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Supervisor to lead our team of technicians in delivering exceptional solar energy solutions. This role is pivotal to ensuring that all projects are executed to the highest standards of safety and quality, while also adhering to timelines and budget requirements. As a part of our esteemed organization, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the installation, operation, and maintenance of solar energy systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily field operations, ensuring project schedule and budget goals are met.

- Lead and mentor a team of technicians, providing training and support as necessary.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational protocols.

- Coordinate with project managers and clients to ensure clear communication and alignment on project objectives.

- Conduct site evaluations and assessments, addressing any issues promptly and effectively.

- Maintain accurate project documentation, including service logs and reports.

Requirements

Qualifications:

- Degree in Business, Construction Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field is preferred.

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a supervisory role within the solar or construction industry.

- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.

- Strong understanding of solar energy systems, electrical systems, and installation practices.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Valid drivers license and clean driving record; willingness to travel as required.

Benefits

This position is exempt.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary range is $75000 to $90000 per year DOE. Company provides excellent full benefits, including premium subsidized health insurance for employee and dependents, vision, dental, life and 3% matching 401k.
