TIG Welder**
**Job Description**
Join our team as a TIG Welder, where you will be responsible for welding metal components together to fabricate or repair products according to blueprints or work orders. This role involves using brazing and a variety of arc and gas welding techniques, ensuring mechanical strength on diverse components and assemblies composed of steel, stainless steel, or other metals.
**Responsibilities**
+ Weld metal parts together using both gas welding and any combination of arc welding processes.
+ Operate arc or gas welding equipment along with atmospheric control equipment for hand welding operations in all positions.
+ Perform fitting and grinding of assembly parts as required.
+ Communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and company management to review areas for improvement in quality, safety, and operating procedures.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficient in welding techniques.
+ Ability to pass employer performance tests or standard tests to meet welding requirements.
+ Competency in reading and interpreting blueprints.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Willingness to learn the entire welding process.
+ Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time.
+ Team-oriented mindset.
