**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated Fabrication Laborer to join our team in the fabrication and finishing department. This role involves working with fiberglass structures, where you will be responsible for packing, crating, drilling holes, applying handles, sealing product ends, and making angle cuts using a chop saw. The ideal candidate should be mechanically inclined and comfortable using hand tools and power tools.
**Responsibilities**
+ Fabricate and finish fiberglass structures by packing, crating, and sealing products.
+ Drill holes and apply handles to fiberglass products.
+ Make angle cuts with a chop saw and use nail guns, drills, and other hand tools.
+ Ensure all work is completed accurately and efficiently.
**Essential Skills**
+ Must pass a tape measure test.
+ Minimum of 3 months experience in production, construction, or manufacturing, including side work.
+ Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools such as wrenches, ratchets, screwdrivers, tape measures, hammers, power drills, and nail guns.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
+ Reliable attendance and punctuality.

**Work Environment**

The schedule involves working four 12-hour days followed by four days off, ensuring continuous plant operation with rotating schedules.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Alum Bank, Pennsylvania.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50/hr.
