Description

Restoration Laborer

Location: Greensburg, Pennsylvania

Schedule: Monday - Friday, Daylight hours with possibility of overtime *Must be available to be on call one weekend per month*

Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform restoration and cleanup tasks in residential and commercial properties

Respond to emergency situations such as water damage, fire damage, and mold remediation

Use power tools and hand tools to remove damaged materials and prepare the area for restoration

Clean and sanitize affected areas, including carpets, upholstery, and other surfaces

Install drying equipment and monitor moisture levels to ensure proper drying

Document work performed and communicate progress to supervisors

Requirements:

Knowledge of restoration techniques and procedures (will train)

Ability to follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE)

Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments

Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and clients

Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects as needed

General Laborer skills are a plus, training is provided

Carpentry experience preferred

Valid PA Driver's License
