Seeking Construction Estimator Join Our Team

Hello,
I own a construction company based in Portland, Oregon. We currently have a team of 9 skilled workers, including myself, and we handle a wide range of residential and commercial projectsfrom foundation repair and roofing to interior finish carpentry and more.

We run multiple crews some in Portland and others in eugene, as local work has been limited. Our team is capable of taking on significantly more projects, and we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality work. However, where I fall short is in estimating and sales. This is the key area where I need support.

What We're Looking For:
We're looking for an experienced estimator to join our team and take the lead on bidding jobs from plans. Your expertise would allow us to land more projects and grow the business to its full potential.

Compensation:
We offer 2% of each awarded job, paid upon project completion.
