need help from Roofer/carpenter/masion (Iselin) image 1 of 4 Willow Ave near Wood Ave compensation: TBD 1) Roofer _to replace couple of shingles and pipe flange as per photo attached. 2) Caprenter:Convert window into door as per photo attached. You need to cut exterior wall to make an opening for the door. 3)Carpenter: repair patch in ceiling in basement, tape and spacle and paint whole ceiling. 4) Masion to install outdoor tiles on concrete patio for 12x15 feet area as per photo attached to install sunroom where window is seen in the photo These are minor repairs. No contractors please. Only experienced person working full time and needs extra cash. Please text only on my phone and mention which job you can do. Only right person will be given the job.
