Traveling Equipment Operator

We are hiring a Traveling Equipment Operator to join our team of skilled professionals. This hands-on role is ideal for someone with a strong background in construction equipment operation and a willingness to travel to job sites across the country. You’ll be a key player in supporting infrastructure and development projects in a variety of locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy construction equipment including but not limited to loaders, excavators, dozers, and skid steers
• Assist in site preparation, grading, excavation, and other earthwork activities
• Travel to job sites nationwide and remain on-site for the duration of the project
• Perform equipment checks and maintenance to ensure safe operation
• Work closely with site supervisors and crews to meet project timelines
• Maintain compliance with safety procedures and company policies

Requirements:

• CDL required or the ability to obtain one
• Experience operating a variety of heavy construction equipment
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently and stay on-site as needed
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Must be dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work in a team environment

What We Offer:

• Competitive salary range: $60,000 – $70,000 depending on experience
