Job Opening: Skilled Laborer

We are looking for a reliable, hard-working skilled laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and be able to handle a variety of construction and renovation tasks.

Responsibilities:
Perform a range of construction and renovation tasks, including siding installation, flooring, window installation, mudding and taping, decking, and other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
Proficient in English
Ability to lift up to 160 lbs
Comfortable working at heights
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Must own basic tools (minimum required)
Portfolio with photos of previous work
Compensation:

Starting pay:
$25/hour, based on experience and job skills
Potential to earn up to $30/hour, depending on skill level and performance

Important Note:
We do not offer cash pay-out jobs. All employees must be on payroll and will be paid bi-weekly.
This position requires a strong commitment to attendance and punctuality as it plays a key role in our team's success.

Full-time and temporary roles
