Engage in new construction, renovations, and remodels of both residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities Conduct residential and commercial new construction, renovations, and remodels. Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Use and maintain various tools and equipment as needed. Keep work areas clean and organized. Perform exterior and interior general framing, including wood framing. Install interior trim, cabinets, and counter tops. Build decks and install flooring. Perform interior and exterior door installations. Install windows, siding, and roofing. Perform tape measuring layout. Understand and figure out wall form fractions. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $79040.00/yr. We offer a great career path and have both flat work as well as walls projects to offer a great variety of work. Finishers will have the opportunity to perform hand and machine finishing, while laborers will do form work, rebar work, pour concrete, haul material, and have the ability to learn finishing. We offer weekly pay, benefits, and medical, dental, vision, and health insurance. Pay is experience dependent and can range from $20-$30/hr to start with steady overtime available. These are long term and permanent positions that offer a lot of room to grow into a career and into management. Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Middleton,WI.
