As a Construction Project Management Professional, youll join our collaborative team providing our clients with award-winning planning, engineering, architectural design, construction management, and design-build project delivery. Were looking for a passionate Construction Project Manager for our Conshohocken, PA office, who is driven by collaboration, exceeding expectations, and challenging the status quo.

Bachelors degree in in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline; or equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree will be considered

5+ years of experience in managing construction projects related to industrial and/or commercial facilities. Life Science construction experience is strongly preferred.

Strong working knowledge of design and pre-construction, building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, team building and client relationship building.

Demonstrated expert knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems, architectural systems, clean room construction and general building construction & maintenance.

Proven experience in Project or Group Leadership role with experience in the development and management of a project team.

Strong working knowledge and background in management of Project Controls and Procurement strategies and day-to-day management.

Familiarity with execution construction projects utilizing LEAN strategies and technologies, including Last Planner System, Target Value Delivery, 5S execution, and off-site manufacturing.

Strong working knowledge in construction project sequencing and ability to utilize 3D technologies such as BIM360, REVIT or other.

Ideally, youll also have:

Masters Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field, but not required

Certified Construction Manager (CCM), Professional Engineer (PE), or Project Management Professional (PMP)

Familiarity in project commissioning and qualification processes of complex systems and project execution strategies.
