Commercial Lead Carpenter

Pay:

25-35/hr

Description:

Commercial general contractors serving the office, retail, restaurant, and light industrial fields are seeking an experienced carpenter to join their growing team. The company specializes in Tennant Improvement projects along with new construction.

Scope of work:

Restaurants: Chick-fil-A, White Castle, Arbys, Taco Bell, Taco Johns

Retail: Targets

Multi-Family: Apartment builds, hotels

Responsibilities:

Wood framing

Steel stud framing

Backing and blocking

Door, and hardware install

Vanity, cabinet, and fixture install

Baseboards, casings, windows, door trim

Demolition

Drywall tasks: hang and taping

Interpret shop drawings and plans

Skills & Qualifications:

5-10 years carpentry experience

Commercial or Residential construction experience

Proficient with Framing (steel or stick), and finishing carpentry tasks

Ability to perform independently, and within a team setting

Ability to submit to Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)

Nice To Have:

Commercial construction experience

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr.
