We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to work with our Millwork team. Do you excel at leading project teams and fostering growth? Do you develop strong relationships with clients and partners? In this role, you will oversee project execution, financial management, and ensure projects are delivered successfully, meeting financial and profit goals.

1. Lead projects through all phases: pre-construction, construction, closeout, and post-construction services.
2. Focus on critical issues like constructability, costs, and logistics.
3. Ensure all processes, controls, and reports are completed accurately and timely, including budgets, costs, billings, collections, subcontractor payments, change orders, and contracts.
4. Maintain relationships with clients, architects, subcontractors, and industry contacts, reinforcing Starlite's commitment to client needs.
5. Require 10+ years of project management experience in the New England area, with established owner and designer relationships.
6. Strong people management skills are essential.
7. Experience as a General Contractor or subcontractor is required.
