Construction Superintendent

This position involves working on a variety of small commercial medical facility renovation jobs primarily located in Washington, DC, and Northern Virginia (NOVA). As a Superintendent, you will oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful delivery. Initial projects will be situated in NOVA, specifically in the upper left corner of Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee small commercial medical facility renovation projects.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on-site.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Resolve any issues that arise during construction promptly.

• 1.5+ years of experience in commercial construction as a Superintendent.
• Proven track record of completing small interiors projects, particularly in medical or dental settings.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.

• Experience in overseeing projects from conception to completion.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a small team.

The individual will be required to work on-site full-time, collaborating closely with other team members in the field. The role demands effective communication and coordination with various stakeholders to ensure project success.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
