Now hiring: Electrical assemblers/electricians for an industrial manufacturing plant in south Memphis Hours 3pm - 11:30pm M-F Saturday availability is required $29- $31/hour depending on experience Job Description: Build and wire electrical and mechanical components safely and accurately, following customer and quality standards. Assemble complete units by pulling wire, crimping, installing, and testing harnesses using tools like voltmeters and ohmmeters. Swap out worn or broken parts on tools as needed or on schedule. Tackle everyday issues on your own and loop in others for the tricky stuff. Follow clear instructionswhether written, spoken, or shown in diagrams and schematics. Keep your workspace clean, tidy, and up to 5S standards. Stick to all company security rules and procedures. Team up with coworkers to handle tasks that need more than one set of hands. Keep inventory staff in the loop about spare parts and where to find them. Must Have Proficiency in electrical assembly or industrial/commercial electrician experience Ability to read and interpret blueprints, graphs, and schematics. Experience in electrical wiring and assembly, with at least 1 year of experience or equivalent schooling Will take schooling experience in leu of hands on experience - TCAT, Delta Tech, Moore tech, Southwest Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in related fields such as avionics technicians wiring aircrafts, A&P technicians, and military experience in wiring and diagnostics. Ability to operate a personal computer, including using a Windows-based operating system and related software. Competency in basic mathematics: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $29.68 - $31.80/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
