**Location:** Sumner, Washington

**Key Responsibilities**
+ Operate hot forming machinery to heat titanium sheet metal to 1400F using 30,000 tons of pressure.
+ Collaborate with department leads to ensure production schedule adherence.
+ Maintain and improve knowledge of forming processes and equipment.
+ Troubleshoot production issues as they arise.
+ Track inventory and obtain quotes when necessary.
+ Ensure compliance with safety regulations, policies, and procedures.
+ Document and communicate actions, irregularities, and ongoing needs to maintain shift continuity.
**Essential Skills**
+ Minimum 4 years of manufacturing experience.
+ Proficiency in sheet metal forming and machine operation.
+ Ability to read and interpret mold drawings.
+ Basic PC skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
**Additional Qualifications**
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
+ Ability to convey information clearly through speech, writing, and technical drawings.
+ Self-motivated and proactive.
+ Willingness to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as needed.
+ Ability to work collaboratively with all plant personnel.
