We are currently seeking a General Laborer to join our team.
What You'll Do
As a General Laborer, youll play a key role in the tire retreading process, helping us deliver a high-quality, cost-effective product to our customers. This is a hands-on role in a production setting, where you will be working in a fast-paced and hot environment.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Inspect and buff tire carcasses in preparation for retreading
+ Apply rubber compounds to prepare tires for curing
+ Operate curing equipment to process retreaded tires
+ Conduct quality control checks on finished products
+ Scan tires at each stage to maintain accurate tracking
+ Follow all safety policies and use appropriate protective equipment
+ Perform other duties as assigned by management
What Were Looking For
+ High School Diploma or GED preferred
+ Ability to follow safety procedures and work safely at all times
+ Willingness to work in a hot and physically demanding environment.
+ Comfortable working in a team-based, fast-paced setting
+ Ability to regularly lift 50 lbs. or more.
+ Goal-oriented with a commitment to meeting production and quality standards
+ Flexibility to work Saturdays, as needed
+ Must comply with OSHA regulations and company safety standards
