Architectural Technician / Designer

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Prepare detailed drawings of architectural designs and

plans for buildings and structures according to specifications provided

by architect. Responsibilities: Prepare detailed architectural

construction drawings for small to medium sized commercial buildings,

both new and alterations. Sampling of Tasks (dependent on experience

level): Draft and coordinate detailed plans, sections, elevations,

details with guidance given by more senior team member; Prepare room

finish and door/hardware schedules; Revise or embellish drawings from

redlined review sets; Assist with obtaining field data for remodel

projects; Assist with preparation of presentation drawings and/or

models; \*\*\*\*\* OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Familiarity and

proficiency with AutoCAD required. Minimum of two years of experience is

desired, although less experienced candidates with the capacity to learn
