As Site Superintendent, youll be the boots-on-the-ground leader, orchestrating daily construction operations, ensuring safety and quality, and keeping everything running like a well-oiled machine.

- Lead daily construction operations from scheduling and logistics to trade coordination.
- Champion safety on-site, ensuring full compliance with OSHA and Port Authority of NY & NJ (PANYNJ) standards.
- Keep quality top-notch by aligning work with contract documents and design specs.
- Track progress, document milestones, and keep project management in the loop.
- Collaborate with subcontractors, engineers, inspectors, and client reps to resolve field issues fast.
- Maintain detailed records: daily reports, manpower logs, safety documentation, and more.
- Drive project closeout, punch list completion, and turnover success.
What You Bring
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of on-site construction experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or coordination role.
- OSHA 30 certification.
- Experience with airport or public infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Heavy civil and aviation construction experience.
- Familiarity with Port Authority projects or similar public agency work.
