Reconstruction Project Director/Manager
Pay Rate: $60, 000 to $80, 000 per year Schedule: Full-time
Location: Indian Trail, NC
We are seeking a Reconstruction Project Manager. As a Project Manager you will be responsible for managing reconstruction projects, from estimate generation to final payment. You will work closely with customers, insurance companies, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution, while maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction and quality.

What You will do:
Serve as the main point of contact for customers, insurance adjusters, and office staff.
Conduct onsite reviews, walk through the property with insurance adjustors, and create detailed scopes of work and estimates.
Build strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to optimize job efficiency.
Manage and communicate change orders to all stakeholders.
Coordinate with the Superintendent on staffing, materials, permits, and project timelines to ensure timely and on-budget completion.
Participate in bi-weekly Work-In-Progress reviews.
Skills and Experience:
3-5 years of project management experience in construction/restoration.
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor s degree preferred.
Proficiency in Xactimate for estimating projects.
IICRC WRT and FSRT certifications preferred.
Experience in cost control, budgeting, and forecasting.
