WHAT THE COMPANY WILL OFFER YOU:
$110,000 - $120,000

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
2 Direct Reports
Step into current active projects.
Oversee and coordinate all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to manage schedules, resolve issues, and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Transition into estimating responsibilities, including reviewing plans and specifications, preparing detailed cost estimates, and contributing to bid proposals for upcoming projects.
Job Requirements
BACKGROUND PROFILE:
2+ Years of Experience in Project Management.
Strong communication skills, professional demeanor, and ability to interpret technical documents and codes.
Associate degree in Project Management or a related field Preferred.
dValid driver's license and clean driving record.
