Entry Level Welder 2nd Shift**

**Job Description**

We are seeking skilled Welders to join our team, responsible for operating welding equipment to manufacture steel and aluminum parts used in consumer and industrial storage and climbing units. This role involves setting up welders, making necessary adjustments, and managing welding wire and tips to ensure seamless production.

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate welding equipment to produce steel and aluminum parts.

+ Set up welders, make necessary adjustments, and replace welding wire and tips.

+ Retrieve designated parts from baskets, stacks, or floors and place completed products on conveyor lines or designated areas.

+ Perform visual and periodic measurement inspections of parts/products using blueprints to ensure quality standards are met.

+ Report any mechanical problems with the welder to the supervisor or maintenance.

+ Record production output on daily reports, including part/model numbers and quantities.

+ Operate a grinder to remove excess burrs and welding wire.

+ Monitor parts used and required for production, notifying the supervisor of material requirements and shortages.

**Essential Skills**

+ Experience with MIG welding and fabrication.

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

+ Possession of a welding certificate

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $49920.00/yr.
