CCS Construction Staffing is hiring an experienced Electrical Superintendent or Foreman for a direct hire position in Charlotte, NC. This role is responsible for overseeing electrical installations on commercial and industrial projects, ensuring strict code compliance, managing crews in the field, and coordinating daily with project managers and stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and direct crews on commercial and industrial electrical installations

• Ensure all work is performed to NEC standards and local codes

• Maintain project schedules and coordinate daily activities with project managers

• Order materials and coordinate deliveries to keep projects moving

• Enforce safety standards and maintain a clean, organized jobsite

• Inspect work for quality control and troubleshoot installation issues

• Communicate effectively with general contractors, clients, and field teams

Requirements:

• 5+ years of electrical leadership experience as a Superintendent, Foreman, or similar role

• Strong knowledge of commercial and industrial electrical systems, installation practices, and NEC codes

• Proven ability to lead crews, coordinate schedules, and deliver projects on time and within budget

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no DUIs or major infractions)

• Must pass a background check and drug screening

• Must own basic hand tools, full PPE, and have reliable transportation
