**Job Description**

Join our dynamic team as a Carpenter, where you will actively support the self-perform division on various projects. The work will include a variety of tasks such as general labor, millwork, rough and finish carpentry, among other small scopes. This position requires an active OSHA 10 certification and personal hand tools, with other major tools provided.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform general labor tasks across different projects.

+ Engage in millwork, rough carpentry, and finish carpentry tasks.

+ Read and interpret blueprints to complete construction projects.

+ Ensure quality and precision in all carpentry tasks.

**Essential Skills**

+ 1-5 years of experience in commercial construction.

+ Active OSHA 10 certification.

+ Reliable transportation.

+ Proficiency in millwork, installation, and rough carpentry.

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Experience in construction, carpentry, drywall, and remodeling.

+ Knowledge of millwork processes.

**Work Environment**

Work on commercial new builds across various sectors including education, hospitality, industrial, and retail. The standard work schedule is Monday to Friday from 7am to 3:30pm, with opportunities for overtime. Expect to report to different job sites daily, with the possibility of working on various projects throughout the week.

**Job Type & Location**

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rochester, New York.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
