Youll operate CNC turret and other metal fabrication machines to produce precision parts for air conditioning units used around the world.

What Youll Do

• Operate CNC turret presses , Brake Press, Fin Press, and other fabrication equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
• Perform quality checks and report any issues
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, following all safety protocols
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
• Perform preventive maintenance on machines
• Be flexible with overtime and shift changes as needed

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 6 months of machine operation or manufacturing experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs , stand for long periods, and work in a non-climate-controlled environment
• Comfortable with repetitive motions and working in a noisy, dusty setting
• Basic computer skills

Preferred:

• 2+ years of machine operation experience
• Experience with CNC programming and operation
• Familiarity with heavy machinery like Brake Press, Turret, or Fin Press
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
