Industrial Electrician (Contract to Hire) - Orleans, MA - START ASAP! Are you a skilled electrician ready to take your career to the next level? We're looking for a motivated, safety-consciousIndustrial Electricianto support operations in fuel terminals, pipelines, and storage facilities. What You'll Do Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and equipment in industrial environments. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in pumps, compressors, PLCs, control panels, and instrumentation systems. Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure system reliability. Collaborate with engineering and operations teams on upgrades, shutdowns, and new installations. Maintain detailed records of work performed and materials used. Respond to emergency maintenance calls and participate in an on-call rotation. What You Bring Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician license (state-specific). 3-5+ years of industrial electrical experiencefuel, oil & gas, or chemical industry preferred. Strong knowledge of NEC, NFPA 70E, OSHA, and hazardous location classifications. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. Experience with PLCs, VFDs, SCADA systems, and instrumentation is a big plus. Education & Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Technical certification or associate degree in electrical technology preferred. Comfortable working in outdoor, industrial, confined space, and elevated environments. Why Join Us? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
