As a team member at Admiral Field Services LLC, you will play a critical role in fabricating and fitting structural metal components, contributing to our reputation for excellence and precision. **Key Responsibilities:**

- **Fabrication of Metal Components:** Accurately interpret blueprints, sketches, or specifications to plan the sequence of operations. Utilize various tools and machines such as shears, press brakes, rolls, and flame cutters to cut, form, and shape metal pieces.

- **Assembly and Fitment:** Fit and assemble structural frameworks and housings from materials such as angle iron, I-beams, and other steel components using hand and power tools. Ensure components are aligned according to specifications.

- **Welding:** Perform welding tasks using techniques such as MIG, TIG, and arc welding to join metal parts. Ensure welds are clean, precise, and meet all required safety and quality standards.

- **Quality Assurance:** Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to customer specifications. Make adjustments as needed to ensure the highest quality of work.

- **Safety Compliance:** Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Use protective equipment and ensure equipment is in good working condition before use.

- **Collaboration:** Work closely with engineers, designers, and other fabricators to resolve issues and improve process efficiency. Provide input on design feasibility and practicality.

- **Maintenance:** Conduct routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure proper functioning and efficiency. Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor.

- **Inventory Management:** Keep track of materials, supplies, and tools required for projects. Assist in maintaining an organized workspace to facilitate efficient project completion.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in metal fabrication and fitting, with a strong understanding of various welding techniques.

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and technical specifications.

- Proficiency in using hand and power tools, as well as welding equipment.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Understanding of safety regulations and practices within a fabrication environment.

- Physical stamina and strength, with the ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.

**Preferred Experience:**

- Certification in welding or metal fabrication is highly desirable.

- Previous experience in a similar role within the construction or manufacturing industry.
