Fabrication Machine Operator

Fabrication Machine Operator Location: Shelton, CT Schedule : Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM Pay: $20.00 to $21.00 DOE

Nesco Resource is partnering with a well-established client in Shelton, CT seeking a Fabrication Machine Operator to join their team. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with a stable company.

• Operate fabrication machinery and equipment according to job specifications

• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accuracy in production

• Use measuring devices such as calipers, micrometers, and tape measures to check tolerances

• Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot issues as needed

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

• Follow company safety procedures and quality standards

• Prior machining and fabrication experience required

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints

• Skilled in using various measuring tools

• Mechanically inclined with strong attention to detail

• Dependable and able to work independently as well as in a team
