Landscape Architect Project Manager

A highly regarded Civil Engineering, Survey, & Landscape Architecture company in the area is looking for a qualified Landscape Architect Project Manager to join their team. This successful multi-disciplined firm offers a collaborative team of Landscape Designers, Landscape Architects, and Engineers offering solutions for clients across a vast spectrum of Commercial, Municipal, and Residential Sectors, with a deep pipeline of unique projects including Master Planning, Landscape Architecture, Historic Preservation, Security Enhancements, Parks, Streetscapes, Ecological Sites, and Urban Spaces.

Responsibilities:
- Manage architectural projects and staff in all phases from coordinating conceptual design through contract documents and construction administration.
- Establish and maintain strong relations with clients, architects, engineers, and consultants.
- Create budget estimates and scope of work for planning and construction purposes.
- Create schedules to ensure projects run smoothly and on time.
- Leads staff in preparing drawings, plans, and models and integrating architectural elements.
- Supervises junior level architects.

- 3D Animations
- Color Renderings
- Hardscape and Streetscape Design
- Planting Design,
- Sustainable Landscape Design
- Marketing/Sales Exhibits
Qualifications:
- Professional Licensure Required (or ability to obtain license within 6 months).
- B.S or M.S Degree in Landscape Architecture, Environmental Design, or related field
- 5 years of experience in Landscape Architecture with an emphasis in Project Management including budgeting, scheduling, scope of work, and staff management through all phases.
- Proven track-record with Commercial, Residential, Mixed-Use, and Urban Projects.
- Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe, SketchUp, InDesign.
- The Landscape Architect will possess a strong foundational knowledge of civil engineering principles, landscape architecture, and site development processes.
- The ability to think innovatively and develop unique and creative design solutions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to work well with team members, other landscape architects, clients, and outside consultants.
