Description

Oversee all on-site construction activities with a focus on MEP systems (HVAC, electrical distribution, fire protection, plumbing, and controls).

Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems.

Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and submittals.

Develop and maintain lookahead schedules and ensure alignment with the master project schedule.

Conduct daily site walks, safety audits, and quality control inspections.

Lead MEP coordination meetings and resolve field conflicts in collaboration with the BIM/VDC team.

Ensure compliance with local codes, safety regulations, and company standards.

Track and report progress, issues, and changes to the project team and stakeholders.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Associate degree or equivalent work experience in business, engineering, construction

management, building construction or a related field. Bachelors degree preferred.

Minimum 3-5 years of electrical or construction experience in field operations, with a preferred

concentration in large commercial construction projects.

Knowledge of building construction, materials, systems, market conditions and trade practices.

Must have extensive knowledge of the electrical code.

Project management training, experience, and skills. Thorough understanding of the project life

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.
