**Job Description**
AECOM is seeking a motivated professional for the Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Navy (Energy) to support the development and execution of programs that enhance energy and water security across Navy and Marine Corps installations and assist in deploying programs focused on energy and water resiliency as well as cybersecurity. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to critical initiatives that safeguard mission readiness, promote innovation, and drive long-term sustainability for naval facilities.
**THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT**
Position is under a non-personal services contract. Work will be performed remotely, or at the Pentagon, or at the Offices of Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command, San Diego.
Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
+ Support Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Navy for Energy (ODASN(E)) with execution and management of installation-level energy and water resilience programs that advance Navy and Marine Corps mission readiness.
+ Coordinate with relevant DoD entities to ensure mission readiness requirements are met in compliance, acquisition, range readiness, and resource management.
+ Tracking, reporting, and monitoring program and project execution to ensure timely implementation, risk management and alignment with federal directives
+ Knowledge of federal energy and water policy directives, including DoD and Navy regulations.
+ Ability to oversee compliance with legislative and regulatory frameworks related to energy and water resilience initiatives.

AECOMs Energy practice provides a wide range of services from consulting and engineering design to energy engineering, energy procurement and construction (EPC) for power, energy efficiency, oil and gas, nuclear, and renewable energy clients. **Qualifications**
Minimum Requirements:
+ Bachelors degree and 8 years in energy policy execution, installation resilience, or related program experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
+ Experience managing utility infrastructure, control systems cybersecurity, and energy resilience and efficiency projects.
+ Experience with managing and implementing energy and water programs under United States Code Title 10, including 10 USC 2912, 2913 and 2916.
+ As a condition of employment, candidates must pass a drug screening.
+ Due to the nature of this work, US citizenship is required or U.S. permanent resident with minimum 3 years legal U.S. residency.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Graduate-level education or certifications in engineering, public policy, or energy systems.
+ Experience interfacing with NAVFAC, CNIC, MCICOM, and related Navy entities.
+ Ability to engage community partners and support mission-driven stakeholder outreach
**Additional Information**
+ Relocation assistance is not available for this role.
+ Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications. The expected range is $150,000.00 - $200,000.00.
