Transmission & Distribution (T&D) Superintendent
Location: Charleston, WV
Job Responsibilities:
Lead field operations for assigned projects to ensure safe, timely, and profitable completion.
Plan, organize, and oversee specific construction tasks within designated project areas.
Schedule and manage T&D activities of subcontractors to meet contractual obligations.
Supervise construction efforts, focusing on safety, productivity, and efficient resource use.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.
Document construction progress through daily reports and photographs.
Skills Required:
Experience in distribution-focused projects is essential.
Bachelor's degree with 7 years, Associate degree with 9 years, or High School Diploma/GED with 11 years of construction management or craft supervision experience in T&D projects.
Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Must meet driving requirements.
