What You'll Do Lead and inspire a high-performing design studio, overseeing the creative process from concept to commercialization Translate trends into visionary yet viable product lines across branded and conversion programs Set aesthetic standards and quality benchmarks across all product lines Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Development, Design Integration, Marketing, and Sales Guide color and styling decisions, and provide final design and production approvals Mentor and grow internal and external design talent, ensuring creative excellence and alignment with brand direction Support strategic planning through design pool development, project prioritization, and performance analysis What You Bring 8+ years of design experience in wallcoverings, textiles, or related surface design fields Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Textile Design, Surface Pattern Design, Interior Design, or equivalent industry experience Proven leadership experience with strong creative direction and business acumen Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator) Excellent communication and collaboration skills Passion, energy, and an eye for what's next in the world of commercial interiors Come shape the future of surface design with us. and bring your vision to life at Versa.
