Qualifications and responsibilities for this Structural BIM Modeler / Technician position include: Minimum 5 years of hands-on Revit experience in structural concrete drafting within an AEC environment Develop detailed 3D BIM models and generate drawings/schedules for concrete and steel structures using Revit Coordinate with engineering disciplines, perform clash detection via Navisworks, and resolve modeling issues Maintain Revit content libraries, drafting templates, and provide BIM standards support to engineering teams Liaise with structural engineers and clients, managing deliverables and feedback for drawing sets Work in Autodesk Cloud environments (ACC, BIM 360), ensuring drawing quality and compliance Support AI R D by translating field workflows into automation opportunities and testing early prototypes Familiarity with ACI, AISC, and ASCE standards, AutoCAD, and scripting tools (Dynamo/Python) is a plus Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Structural BIM Modeler / Technician position include:
