Daily Responsibilities:

• Manage construction projects from conception to completion
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
• Develop project schedules and budgets
• Oversee quality control and safety measures
• Daily Interaction with Owners and Investors

• Construction Management
• Blueprint Understanding
• Accounting Knowledge
• MEP Understanding
• People Skills

• Procore Experience

• Salary and Benefits:

Minimum Salary: $80,000.00

Maximum Salary: $150,000.00
