We are actively seeking a talented and dedicated Bridge Design Engineer to join our dynamic team of professionals in York, PA. As a Bridge Design Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of structural projects, including bridges, buildings, and retaining walls, contributing to the maintenance, repair, and replacement of key structures.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management and Operations:

o Lead and manage multiple projects, ensuring successful execution from start to finish

o Oversee all aspects of project delivery, ensuring high-quality standards are met at every stage

o Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle

Engineering Project Preparation and Design:

o Perform detailed structural design and analysis for various components, creating original and tailored solutions

o Ensure the quality of products through thorough checks on calculations, reports, and design criteria

o Utilize engineering formulas to prepare design calculations and analyses

Construction Contracts and Administration:

o Prepare plans, specifications, and contract documents for project bidding

Project Communications and Representation:

o Represent the client and project in meetings, ensuring clear communication of objectives

Requirements

Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering with a Transportation/Structures emphasis

Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Professional Engineering license

5+ years of structural design/engineering and project experience including:

o PENNDOT design procedures

o Bridge design and project experience

o NBIS bridge inspection

o Bridge rehabilitation plans and specifications

Is a leader and team player possessing strong skills in communication, planning, and organization

Ability travel to job sites, meetings, and other offices (Valid U.S. driver's license Is required)
