About the Role

We are seeking two experienced Superintendents to join our team on high-profile infrastructure projects. One role will support the Midtown Bus Terminal redevelopment in Manhattan, and the other will be part of the Newark AirTrain modernization project. These are dynamic, boots-on-the-ground leadership roles for professionals passionate about delivering complex, large-scale civil infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily field operations and construction activities
  • Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and craft labor
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and schedule requirements
  • Interface with project management, engineering, and client representatives
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
Qualifications
  • Education : Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Experience :
    • Minimum10 years in heavy civil infrastructure projects valued at $100M+
    • At least 10 years in a Superintendent or Craft Supervision role
    • Proven experience withpiles, concrete, and structural steelin new building/structure construction
  • Preferred :
    • Experience working withCity, State, or Federal Government clients
    • Familiarity withlocal trades, unions, and craft labor
  • Technical Skills :
    • Proficient inMS Word, Excel, Bluebeam, Procure, HCSS HeavyBid
  • Certifications :
    • OSHA Certification
    • First Aid Certification

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $170000.00 - $220000.00/yr.
