Project Engineer Wanted - General Contractor Seeking Organized & Driven Professional

In this vital role, you'll be instrumental in organizing and running our construction projects from start to finish. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong problem-solving skills, and is dedicated to ensuring project success.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Project Planning & Scheduling: Developing and maintaining detailed project schedules, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, and ensuring projects stay on track.

Cost Management: Assisting with budget tracking, change orders, and financial reporting to ensure projects remain within allocated budgets.

Documentation & Reporting: Maintaining accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings, and daily reports. Preparing regular progress reports for stakeholders.

Communication & Coordination: Serving as a key point of contact for clients, architects, subcontractors, and field personnel.

Site Support: Providing on-site support to project managers and superintendents, addressing issues as they arise, and ensuring smooth project execution.

What we're looking for:

1-5 years of experience as a Project Engineer or similar role in the construction industry.

Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera P6, MS Project - mention specific software if you have a preference). Proficiency in MS office.

Strong understanding of construction processes, codes, and safety regulations.

Excellent organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail.

Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
