Residential Construction Estimator / Office Manager

Hiring a team member for our residential construction company

Things youll be responsible for:
> estimating for accurate bids
>permitting
>networking
>material and project scheduling
>assisting the efficiency and quality of our projects.
>recruiting
This is a critical roll for our business and one that can allow the owners to focus on growth and sales.
Compensation will be hourly to start with salary and benefits to be determined at the 6month mark and a profit share bonus structure.
If you do not have significant experience in the residential construction area do not apply.
A big thing for us is your ability to be a part of a growing team, we have and will have growing pains. Doing things right and looking out for each other is big being fair and to work with integrity is a must
