ServiceNow Architect

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Architect to support a federal transformation program by leading the architecture and design of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, implementing, and scaling ServiceNow HRSD platforms in complex environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and design ServiceNow HRSD solutions aligned with transformation objectives ( 30% )
• Lead technical teams through implementation and ongoing operations of HRSD solutions ( 30% )
• Engage executive stakeholders to define strategic roadmaps and provide thought leadership ( 20% )
• Develop business cases and contribute to capture/proposal and business development efforts ( 20% )

Required Qualifications:

• 10 12+ years of experience architecting and designing ServiceNow HRSD solutions
• 10+ years of experience leading HRSD solution implementations
• 8+ years of experience collaborating with clients to define requirements and drive system improvements
• 5+ years of experience engaging executive stakeholders to develop strategic roadmaps
• Proven ability to create technical roadmaps for innovation and capability expansion
• 8+ years of experience designing integrations, interfaces, and data models
• 8+ years of customer relationship management with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications:

• ServiceNow HRSD Certification
• Familiarity with other ServiceNow modules and platforms
• Knowledge of HR technologies such as PeopleSoft HCM, Cornerstone On Demand
• Experience with NowCreate implementation methodology
• Understanding of Agile development and commitment to knowledge sharing
• Experience supporting federal agencies and understanding of public-sector workflows
• Master s degree in a relevant field
