Compensation: $25-$30/hour, based on experience and skill level
Employment Type: Part-time to Full-time (20-40 hours/week, flexible)

Sherwood Innovation, a leader in building highly custom, unique homes, is seeking a skilled Craftsman/Artisan to join our team. Were looking for a self-motivated individual with strong problem-solving skills and unwavering integrity to help us deliver exceptional quality in our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform high-quality work in at least three of the following trades: carpentry, framing, electrical, landscaping, grading, tile, or flooring.

Collaborate with the team to bring custom home designs to life.

Ensure projects meet our high standards for craftsmanship and innovation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

High proficiency in at least three of the following: carpentry, framing, electrical, landscaping, grading, tile, or flooring.

Self-starter with excellent problem-solving abilities.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to integrity.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Reliable transportation and tools preferred.
