Maintenance Tech Tasks & Duties (What You'll Do)

• Perform advanced troubleshooting and repair on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems

• Lead, train, and mentor junior maintenance technicians

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs

• Utilize MVP to manage the maintenance program

• Ensure all machinery and equipment comply with safety regulations and quality standards

• Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to optimize machine performance

• Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and manage corrective actions

• Set up an effective maintenance stores, shop and lubrication standard/facility for the site

• Lead in the procurement of maintenance supplies and spare parts

• Senior Maintenance Technician Skills

• Computerized Maintenance Management Systems

• Mechanical Troubleshooting

• Safety Compliance

• Technical Documentation

• Problem-Solving

Maintenance Tech Shift Info

• Day Shift, 07:00 am to 4:00 pm- with OT as needed

• Monday - Friday

Maintenance Tech Qualifications (Requirements / Skills)

• Pre-employment background check and drug screen required

• 5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance or a related field

• Extensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems

• Proven leadership experience in a maintenance role

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities

• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints

• Commitment to safety and adherence to regulatory guidelines

• Electrical Systems

• Hydraulic Systems

• Basic control troubleshooting using a PLC
