ResponsibilitiesAscension Technologies’ Infrastructure PMO is seeking a dynamic and resilient Project Manager to join our high-impact Mergers, Acquisitions, and Divestitures (MA&D) Program. This role requires an experienced professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels under pressure, and brings exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills to manage multiple dynamic priorities with grace and focus.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 7+ years managing Infrastructure projects
- 5+ years managing infrastructure projects for Management of Mergers, Acquisitions, & Divestitures
- 5 years relevant technical and business experience Experience with Google applications, ServiceNow as a PPM tool, and Smartsheet
Preferred Experience:
- CAPM and/or PMP Certification, or relevant training/experience
- 10+ years project management experience Managed Service Provider and Vendor Management experience
Core Responsibilities:
- Workflow Management: Effectively prioritize competing requests in fast-paced MA&D environment
- Pressure Management: Maintain composure and clear communication under high-stress conditions
- Stakeholder Relations: Build positive relationships with internal/external partners
- Technical Foundation: Solid infrastructure systems and data flow understanding
- Conflict Resolution: Mediate disputes and competing priorities for timely outcomes
- Data Analysis: Use data to anticipate needs, inform decisions, and track progress
- Adaptive Leadership: Adjust strategies to align with shifting organizational priorities
- Project Management: Fluency in PM concepts
- Methodology Expertise: Apply Agile and Waterfall frameworks as needed (Hybrid approach) Documentation: Create/maintain/organize required project documentation that passes audit requirements aligned to Ascension’s processes and guidelines

Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's
degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. - 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
